1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the EVE Community website, application or resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

EVE Community is intended for adult women. By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your country of residence.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@evecommunity.online of any unauthorised use.

4. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to provide accurate information, keep their profile up to date, and use EVE Community for its intended faith, wellbeing and educational purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not upload harmful, illegal, infringing or deceptive content.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy or redistribute EVE content.

6. Community Conduct

EVE Community is a safe sisterhood. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited.

7. Respectful Christian Behaviour

We honour a wide range of Christian traditions. Members are expected to engage with humility, grace and respect for one another's faith journey.

8. Intellectual Property

All EVE Community content — including studies, letters, artwork, wallpapers, printables and written material — is the intellectual property of EVE Community and may not be resold, redistributed or reproduced commercially without written permission.

9. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant EVE Community a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate that content within the platform for the purpose of running the community.

10. Prayer Requests and Community Posts

Prayer requests, comments and community posts should be shared prayerfully and respectfully. EVE Community may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

11. Payments

Paid memberships, digital products or events are billed as described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, digital goods and membership fees are non-refundable once accessed.

12. Account Suspension

EVE Community may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or that pose a risk to members or the platform.

13. Disclaimer

EVE Community provides educational, faith-based and wellbeing resources. It is not a replacement for emergency, medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal services. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVE Community, its founders and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or its content.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
